Refund policy
Returns
Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets our policy. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.
We gladly accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase, as follows:
- Customers will receive a full refund within 7 days and sore credit if items are returned within 14 days
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked final sale are nonrefundable and cannot be returned (Socks, Bags).
- Gift Boxes: Gift boxes are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear, will be refused and sent back to you.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. For international orders, shipping fees, duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
GIFT RETURNS
We offer store credit for all gift returns. Please email love@lovealltennis.com to process your gift return. The gift-giver will be notified of your return if you use the prepaid returns portal below.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns for already exchanged items.
To exchange, please select the item you're returning, and you'll be prompted to select a new size. Print your return label and ship back your return order. As soon as your return is scanned by USPS, your exchange order will be placed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

RETURN PROCESSING
If you used our prepaid return label, you will receive an email when we receive your return. Returns are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email when your refund or store credit has been issued. Please note, refunds may take up to five business days to reflect on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.
If you did not use our pre-paid return label, please allow up to four weeks for processing. For international returns, we cannot be held responsible for returns delayed by customs.
